Our Story
'My name is Millie and I am the maker and creator of Luova.
Established in 2023, Luova takes inspiration from my Finnish heritage. I have always been interested in making and creating and found sculptural candles whilst on maternity leave with my firstborn. A hobby turned into a small business, which is how Luova was born.
All candles have a sandalwood scent so that they are not just beautiful to look at but also bring warmth to the room with an inviting smell.
I believe your home should be decorated in a way that brings you joy and peace. My goal is to create pieces that do just that. Through intricate shapes and forms, our candles will suit any space.
Our Candles
All candles and homewares are hand poured at our studio in Rye on the Mornington Peninsula. We use a sustainable soy wax and cotton wicks. All candles come in our signature sandalwood scent.
Please allow up to 7 days for your candle to be dispatched as candles are made to order, this is to allow for enough time to create each candle individually. Minor imperfections such as colour variation and slight dusting (especially in darker colours) may appear due to the custom nature of the product.
Our candles are perfect for any space, whether it be your home or your office. Our candles also work perfectly as a part of a centerpiece for events and weddings.
