Luova Candles Returns and Refunds Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• A return can only be accepted if the product is faulty, a change of mind isn't a valid reason
• No returns will be accepted 14 days after you receiving your product
• Candle must be in unused, in its original packaging with lables attached
• Return fee is at buyers expense, unless otherwise agreed
• Refunds will be process when product has been returned back and inspected
• Luova is not liable for any breakages during 3rd party transport. Should there be an issue when you receive your product, please contact us immediately on luovacandles@gmail.com
